Ask people to take a specific action. Explain why that would be a good idea. Then, they just might take that action. But make sure you make it easy - don't say 'email me' without providing the address, or 'call me' without putting the number or the skype link right in there. Don't make people look for the next step or take them elsewhere on the page. Get on with it right away. So in a sentence: If you want people to do something, ask them to do it, and give them a good reason to do it.
